Guilty until proven Innocent..

The recent actions of the american judical system has me a little torn. I had to do some homework like a little less than a year ago regarding the case of Troy Anthony Davis and came to realize that not only did our justice system fail and closed their ears to the case but they also killed the man that was "supposedly" responsible for killing an off-duty cop. I dont know full details about that arrest or the trial behind it but one thing for certain, two things for sure, there was no evidence. It was all based on the fact that 9 or 10 witnesses said that Mr.Troy Davis was the shooter. He say, she say. Then years later retracted the statements given in the case and said that they were influenced by the police to testify. But no weapon or physical evidence linked Mr.Davis to the murder. Here we go. Honestly, I feel that since america knows that there are rules in the constitution that the people themselves cant change, they have the upper hand and support of the rest of the government to do as they please. The voice of the people goes unheard. Democracy? Naw, its america feelin and knowing that they can do whatever they want and the weak or less fortunate people cant do shyt about it.....It makes me think of Obama. Could even he have made a difference in this case? Or would the american people just brush it off as a Black president trying to help another Black american? Makes me wonder..But the voices of millions couldnt over-turn this verdict to kill this man. Death Row. I thought it was Innocent until "proven" guilty.? what happend here.? he was proven guilty how, because someone said that they witnessed him? but then later said, No.i didnt see it and he is not the shooter? America said 22 years later, its too late. A man supposedly kills a cop and they fry him, but a cop shoots an innocent unarmed person and he gets suspended.. Serve and protect huh?...tahh...who are they really protecting? I pray for the family of Troy Davis... I guess some things will never change. But YOU CAN...each one teach one.
