i been doing this for years. Freestyling, beatboxin, writing, recording..whateva it is muzik wise, i have done it...but im starting to think that "i must not be doing something right"!!!... So i say to self, "self, u need to step ya game up".. I find myself sitting back while others are doing things and making moves. Now there muzik may be trash and they have no stage presence but hey, Who am I?.. they are you tubin, gettin the shows, getting the DJs to host they mixtapes and what not..So they doing something right...i go listen to the new muzik they have posted on their myspace pages and check comments and see what the streets are sayin and its crazy to see that people acually comment that its hot and keep it up and so on and so forth....i sound like a hater huh? lmao....So the fuk what.... cause i post muzik up and i ask for comments and feedback and i get....crickets....,lol... Like..did u mafukas even tune in? are u intimidated to state the truth..u think u gon be called a "dik rider" if u compliment someone..Shyt , u do it for everybody else...or is Rochester so clique'y that you cant give props to someone outside of ya crew...i mean what is it? .. i know my muzik is hot...the streets love it..and if the streets had a PC, i would prolly recieve the love i deserve... I mean, i comment on other MCs muzik if its hot....for real....they know who they are...but do i get that in return?? huh...... I'll wait.!!! i didnt think so....but its a small thing to a king cause imma continue to record hot muzik weither yall love it or not... but for some reason deep down in my soul.... i know yall like it....just scared to admit it....i aint been in the local scene due to this on going issue...My brotha from another mutha ,Hassaan Mackey opened up for Jadakiss like over a month ago...and the first thing i asked him was "how did the people recieve you"...his quote.."some people bigged me up but at the same time seemed kind of un-pleasant ... like i ain't put them on you know typical Rochester stuff ... its cool though ....Naw..hell naw that shyt AINT cool... if someone shows you respect, show respect back...its that simple.. treat em how u wanna be treated...dont make it seem like your the superstar and everyone needs you...cause thats not the case...but if your doin something and can help others, do so.... dont be scared that they gonna do something betta than you and then say that hater shyt like, I helped that nigga with that, he aint do it...so what u helped...good lookin out... but our Local hiphop scene needs to come together to make it bigger than what it is.... hence the quote "One hand watch the other, two hands wash the face"....now put cha hands together when u sayin ya grace...put cha hands together when you giving him praise and put cha hands together when we step in the place.......
